We are proudly operating in the heart of Ohio as a small family business.

 Owners Steve & Rhonda Oliver are lifetime Ohio residents. We were married in 1984 & are the proud parents of 2 beautiful adult children & their wonderful spouses, and 6 precious grandchildren. Our daughter & her family live in Ohio, and our son & his family live in Wisconsin.

Buckeye license frames was started over 50 years ago and remains privately owned and operated today. We offer a huge selection of license plate frames and other automotive accessories. We take pride in offering quality products backed by excellent customer service. A major part of our company culture comes from the values we believe in: faith, family, honesty, integrity, kindness, dependability, and gratefulness for the freedoms found in the U.S.A.

A Little Company History:

Red Belton initially started this company January 1, 1971 by driving around the state making sales of plate frames & other accessories to Ohio License agencies, which is where we met him many years ago. Upon Red’s retirement Deputy Registrar Don Woods took over the business.

After knowing both Red & Don, and being wholesale customers for several years, Steve & his wife Rhonda were presented with the opportunity, and made a deal to purchase the business when Don was ready to retire.

 Fast forward a little, we have made a few changes, and have introduced this new website designed specifically for Deputy Registrars. Most of our products are manufactured in the U.S. and many are even made right here in Ohio. In fact, our highest volume product was previously coming from Canada, but through some negotiations, it is now being manufactured in Ohio. We specialize in a large number of sports teams & other decorative license plate frames. We carry NCAA, NFL, NBA, MLB teams, US Military, and many other special interest and decorative plate frames.

We stock thousands of items right here in our own warehouses so that we can make sure your items are packaged well, and shipped quickly. Most orders received Monday-Friday before 1 p.m. will ship the same day. We strive to be the best at what we do, our customers are number one, and your satisfaction is our first priority. Whether it is browsing, purchasing, or an order you have received, we want you to be pleased with all aspects of your interaction with us.
