A Proud Family Legacy
Steve and Rhonda Oliver, lifetime Ohio residents, have been happily married since 1984. Together, they are the proud parents of two wonderful adult children, their incredible spouses, and six cherished grandchildren. While their daughter and her family reside in Ohio, their son and his family call Wisconsin home. This tight-knit family continues to inspire the values that drive BMV Supplies.
Our Company Story
Founded on January 1, 1971, Buckeye License Frames began with Red Belton traveling across Ohio, personally introducing license plate frames and other automotive accessories to license agencies. Upon Red’s retirement, Deputy Registrar Don Woods took the reins, continuing to build upon the company’s foundation of quality and trust.
In time, Steve and Rhonda Oliver, loyal wholesale customers who had built a strong connection with Red and Don, were offered the chance to carry the torch. With a passion for serving the community and a commitment to excellence, Steve and Rhonda embraced this opportunity to lead Buckeye License Frames into its next chapter.
